Delete your URBIX account

Use this page to request deletion of your URBIX account and the personal data associated with it. After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion.

What happens to your data?

After we verify that you own the account:

  • the URBIX account will be deleted;
  • profile and account-related personal data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized;
  • vehicle and account associations will be removed where applicable;
  • data that URBIX is legally required to retain — such as certain transaction, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or compliance records — may be retained only for the period required by applicable law;
  • retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

How it works

  1. Submit the deletion request.
  2. URBIX verifies that you own the account.
  3. The account and eligible associated data are deleted.
  4. You receive confirmation when the request is completed.
